Ep. 15 | Having A Holistic Approach To Life & Business with Dr. Kim Gowetor
One of my mentors always says that a business problem is merely a business problem. That it is actually a personal problem that leaks in business. So if one area gets better, the others follow suit. That one area of our lives could have such a big impact on the other and that it's all interconnected. And we can also apply that in business! And I love how I found that principle true in today's story!
On the very first episode of this podcast, I may or may not have loosely set the intention of wanting to interview a doctor and today, we all get to experience its manifestation!
I am sitting down with Dr. Kim Gowetor, a naturopathic medicine practitioner based in Sherwood Park Alberta.
She's here to help us unravel the patterning— whether that's mindset or our behavior— that's keeping us stuck. Stuck in cycles or situations that do not serve us and keep us from optimal health.
I love how she teaches about not just healing one part but having a holistic approach to our healing — Treating the root causes and not just symptoms.. considering ourselves as a whole and looking at the big picture!
Also, another thing that I love is that at one point in our conversation, she said that she doesn't see naturopathy as something separate from her life.. That it is her life. And I just related to that so much.
Now, are you ready for today's goodness? Let's do this..
